May2016_ReleaseBlogHopHello, and welcome to the Altenew May 2016 Blog Hop! If you came from the uber talented Lydia’s blog, you are right on track! Today the design team girls are sharing some fabulous projects to celebrate the release of new products: 16 stamp sets and 10 dies.

SpringDaisy Lotus(Spring DaisyLotus)

I’ve designed Spring Daisy and Lotus for the Altenew May release, inspired by the photos my older brother took in South Korea. He takes really beautiful photos like a professional photographer. 🙂 Anyway I can’t wait to see what you’ll create with my new stamp sets.

How To Video_DIYFlowerCard_Watercoloring

I created a bright watercolor card using Spring Daisy and Halftone Smile along with coordinating dies. I spent almost whole day to complete this card from brainstorming and sketching out the designs to testing out the cards. I really hope you love what I came up with.

How To Video_DIYFlowerCard_Watercoloring

I made a video tutorial to show you how to make this watercolor card from start to finish. I also filmed a behind the scenes video you don’t want to miss, inspired by Yana’s video. 🙂 You can watch it below or on my YouTube channel. Hope you find it helpful.

How to Make a Watercolor Card using Gold Embossed Images

  1. Stamp the images from Spring Daisy stamp set with VersaMark watermark ink on a piece of Arches cold pressed watercolor paper.
  2. Heat emboss the images using gold embossing powder. (If you are new to this technique, check out the Heat Embossing Technique Tips and Tricks HERE.)
  3. Watercolor the images with Mijello Misson Gold 36 watercolor set. (Before brining in color,  wet your watercolor paper first with water. Use paper towel to remove the pigment between adding more colors. Let the paint dry with a heat tool before adding more colors to the images.)
  4. Die cut the flowers and leaves using Spring Daisy die set.
  5. Stamp ‘Smile’ from Halftone Smile stamp set with watermark ink, heat emboss it using gold embossing powder, die cut it with coordinating die.
  6. Adhere the die cut images and word on the card front using foam tape. (I used Woodgrain white cardstock for card base.)
  7. Heat emboss the sentiment from Halftone Smile with white embossing powder on a piece of Dark Chocolate cardstock.
  8. Finish off the card by adding some clear droplets from Pretty Pink Posh.

  1. Hmm, iam crafting on our dining table, so i always have to keep it tidy when family meals are due 🙂 but i keep one corner (growing corner) for my projects in progress and my essential tools. I love your watercoloured card, so cheerful and pretty. Best wishes from Budapest, zsofi

  2. May, you’ve done an amazing job creating these 2 gorgeous stamp sets, and your watercoloured Spring Daisy card is fabulous!

  3. Gorgeous cards, brightens up the raining day we are having today. Beautiful stamp set.

  4. Beautiful floral sets you designed. I like the gold embossing and the colors of the flowers on your card.
My crafting area is an absolute disaster right now. I need to clean up and put away supplies before I can create again.

  5. My desk has the remnants of the project I am just finishing up on it. The rest of my room is clean tho! Lol

  6. Hello… my craft room is a mess today….I REALLY need to clean up. So many supplies and not enough space. But I know if I had more space I would have more supplies. Losing the battle is easy, but I am determined to stay organized and use what I have before getting more stuff (LOL) maybe!!!

  7. Gorgeous card – thanks for the video! My desk is a disaster at the moment – maybe it will be more organized by the end of the day!

  8. Thank you, so much, for the video. I love to watch the process of creating and you are so talented. It was fun to watch and also to see your “space”. (I can relate to the mess….I always have to clean up before starting anything). Your cards are stunning!

  9. So creative with this wonderful Spring Daisy set. So versatile! Thanks for the inspiration.

  10. Yes,I can relate to a very messy craft table too. Right now it is empty because I am moving soon and will be setting up a new craft room space in our new home. I am sure it will get messy soon after that because I can wait to get back to making cards again. TFS your beautiful card!

  11. Just got my first Altenew stamp (peony) and just love it. I am using it for my 2018 birthday cards. Trying to decide on the daisy or the majestic bloom for my next purchase. So glad I found this site.

  12. You’ve created beautiful stamps! Love your ideas and colors. Thanks for sharing on the hop!!

  13. I’ve just started a new job, which is too time consuming, so my crafting desk is messier than yours. I’m lucky to have a few minutes to make something–no time to put away. But I must, or I won’t be able to find what I need the next time! I love your beautiful card, and the stamp sets are a lovely design–congratulations.

  14. Wow, May, I love your new stamp sets – you are so talented!!!!!
The video was so instructional too and you gave me so many ideas on making cards. My craft table looks like yours, though mine has a silhouette machine which is currently cutting some butterflies for me to go with the flower sets I will be buying. LOL

  15. your new designs are wonderful May – i love the daisy and the card you created today – and my desk is just like yours – maybe even messier – but i can find everything and that’s all that matters!

  16. Your card and the flower stamps are fabulous! I really enjoyed your video–I can now see that when I’m trying to watercolor I’m not adding enough layers of color. Your work space looks clean compared to the disaster that mine is 🙂

  17. May, your two new floral sets are delightful and sure to be my favorites to work with! I appreciate your attention to detail in the design😄and love the many layer options. Off to see the video.

  18. My desk is piled high right now after seeing these posts I’m gonna go clean up and create! Thank you for awesome cards!

  19. Your new stamp sets are wonderful. Love them both so hard to choose. Thanks for the tutorial.

  20. Lovely floral sets May. I especially love the daisy set. Fantastic water coloring with the gold heat embossing. 🙂 Such pretty colors. My desk is always messy… but I’ve just cleaned off a small area so I can actually craft. I have way too much supplies and no place to put it.

  21. May, I’m in awe of your new images and captivated by your stunning cards…Thank you for sharing your creativity with us!
    ~carol

  22. Oh these sets are gorgeous! I’m soo happy to see the sunflower set! Your card is beautiful as usual and your craft desk looks just like mine! LOVE your storage units too 🙂

    1. Sorry I meant Daisy stamps!…. I love them so much, they pop of the card, just gorgeous!

  23. Looks as though you’ve mastered watercoloring. Love this daisy…and the lotus is dreamy. You’re really good at designing these stamp sets, they’re beautiful just like your card.

  24. Your stamp sets are beautiful. Love the coloring on your cards. I work at my dining room table so I have to keep ii clean.

  25. Your beautiful stamps and video presentation are contagious right down to Rachel’s surprise “cameo!” It cheers me up just to see those beautiful daisies.

  26. Love your embossing and card idea. Also enjoyed seeing your messy desk! I am glad to see someone’s desk as messy as mine!

  27. I love these daisies & I love the colours you’ve chosen – GORGEOUS!

    all the best,
    Liz M xx

  28. Congratulations on your designs! My craftng desk looks pretty good because I did some organizing of my new products but it WILL be messy aagain very soon. Love your cards as always.

  29. I only have a 3 x 6 table to work on and also have bins similiar to yours for my inks and markers. Unfortunately I spend more time than I like reorganizing as I add new items and when I create it’s very messy.

  30. Great cards! My work space is a crowded mess of cards, pieces of fussy-cut stamp works and too many markers. But making a mess is half the fun!

  31. Thrilled to participate in the Altenew Blog Hop! I am fairly new to Altenew and am looking forward to trying them out.

  32. Thanks for the continued inspiration, May! My craft space is quite messy right now! Working on several projects at the same time and experimenting with some new-to-me mediums so lots going on with the work surface.

  33. May, what striking watercoloring and gold highlights! Absolutely beautiful! You bring the new AlteNew Spring Daisy set to life!

  34. Oh my goodness, I have two work spaces that are a disaster. I am trying to re-organize and I received a new set of Altenew stamps and dies…….of course I had to try them out….so just pushed everything aside and started inking. Your work is just beautiful!

  35. One last comment after going back an watching your video– Thank you for a honest look into your creative and a little messy process😍

  36. Your cards are sooooo beautiful! You are so talented. Im lucky to have quite a large craft table, yet my working area is always so small, mmmmm? How does that always happen! 😉

  37. Your card is very lovey! Enjoyed seeing your work space. I too am messily creative and thankfully have a room to myself upstairs in our home so that I can keep supplies out until a project is finished. Then I put everything away before beginning something new.

  38. May these are beautiful! I had to watch your video and I must say, I learn something new today. The May release is absolutely fantastic!!! Great job to you and Altenew!

  39. Hi May lovely to meet you via the blog hope. Will add you to my you tube and blog list. Just love your card so effective. Thank you for your detailed steps.

Just love theses stamps and what you have done is stunning.

    Crafty hugs Pen x

  40. Love your bright and
    cheerful card! And my
    desk area doesn’t look
too bad as I’m in between
    projects and just clearing
    it up!
    Carla from Utah

  41. Your cards are so very gorgeous. As to my craft area, I am afraid it is a cluttered mess right now. I have lots of stamp pads and stamp sets out and randomly placed as I am not sure what my next project will be using.

  42. I love your stamp designs and the cards you created with them! The daisy is one of my favorite flowers and I’m so glad to have this stamp and die set now. Also, thank you for sharing how your desk looks when you are creating. It’s a great reminder for me that even artists on design teams aren’t necessarily as fast as their videos and even go through the same creative process the rest of us do!

  43. That is amazing that you designed the Spring Daisy and Lotus stamp sets, I actually just bought them, I think they are stunning. I also think your card is gorgeous, I love the colours you used! I am going to watch the video right now, and thank you for creating such beautiful stamp sets for us all to use!

  44. Small beautiful works of art, that you can hold in the palm of your hand! I love how you find inspiration in your brother’s art!

  45. I love the cheerfulness of your color choices on this card you created. Very pretty and a tutorial, too! Thanks for the chance to win a gift certificate!

  46. Love your beautiful spring daisy card. I use my formal dinning room table, it does get messy too, but I can leave it set up for a couple of weeks.

  47. Congrats on the release of these beautiful stamp sets May (the lotus is my fave of the whole release)! Love how you have added the painty look to the daisies, definitely a technique I will have to try, thanks yet again for the inspiration!

  48. What a very talented lady you are. I love the video. And what a nice surprise at the end when you show us your table. Except for variations in where things are, it looks just like my craft area.

  49. Wow! These two sets that you designed are beautiful. I especially love the Lotus flower. Thanks for the chance to win.

  50. Watercolor looks so easy when I watch your videos….. Once again, a great card. It made me smile !

  51. Love this gorgeous Spring Daisy set! Gorgeous card with these lovely stamps. Your colors are beautiful!
What my desk looks like? I’d be ashamed to show it…. The entire surface is covered!

  52. Thankyou for your video. I too am a messy worker and I don’t always clean up after a project but quickly move on to the next one. Eventually, I have a big clean up and start creating again. I love the gold embossing outline of your flowers and your water colouring technique.

  53. Gorgeous watercolor card May, my desk is a lot like yours, I am definitely a messy crafter. The funny thing is I love how it looks when I have had a cleanup, but it never stays like that!

  54. Love your watercolor card. Totally inspired by your creations and definitely the gold embossing which I am totally new to. My crafting desk is more like a crafting corner with all my stuff in some muji like cabinets and trays. I hope to be able to have a proper crafting desk soon.

  55. I knew I would be in trouble when I saw your beautiful project! Sometimes I think I can go without during a release but after seeing your projects, my shopping list grows longer!!! 👌

  56. Loved the video! I also love, love, love your lotus flower design. Congratulations! Your desk looks just like mine. As hard as I try I am never successful in keeping my desk clean!

  57. So bright and cheery! Love the colors and the lotus stamp set…..needs a home here for sure! Great job ♥

  58. Beautiful sets – I love that they’re inspired by your brother’s photos! I wish I had a craft space or desk – I have to use the dining table so I can only do craft in short bursts and constantly have to put it all away.

  59. Love your happy flowers! My desk is really messy right now. I just finished two cards but wasn’t in the mood to clean up…maybe tomorrow 🙂

  60. Such a beautiful vibrant card! My craft space is definitely messier than yours! I’m in the middle of reorganizing so it is in total disarray but I plan to have it nicely organized soon.

  61. My desk is covered with stacks of stamp sets at the moment! I am in the process of organizing them in plastic envelopes with the coordinating dies. It’s a HOT MESS right now!!! Love the Spring Daisy set!

  62. Congratulations May – these are two very beautiful sets! Your card today is gorgeous, and I can’t wait to see what you make with the Lotus set!

  63. It has the fallout from my latest card making encounter and the rest of the room looks like a bomb went off. So all my “let’s see this” has to be put back in their spaces. Love how the color explodes off your card!

  64. Love you card! Love the flowers! My desk is a hot mess, which is the usual state of things. There are stamps, papers, bits of scraps, half finished projects all over!

  65. Your stamp sets are just beautiful and so is your watercolor card! Thanks so much for the tutorial showing the process – I didn’t appreciate the time it took. No wonder you get such great results. And don’t worry – you are certainly not the only one with a messy workspace! You are brave to share that!

  66. Thanks for sharing this layered image. Sometimes it’s hard to imagine what they really look like.

  67. Your card is just beautiful! It’s fun to watch your process including a look at your (not as messy as mine) desk! I’ve lost some important stuff in there. LOL

  68. May, your card is stunning and I love the sets you’ve designed.
My desk at the moment looks much like yours. Like you I clean it up after each project is completed before starting another one!

  69. May, I love your transparency! My work space is always a mess during creation too! Great cards and thank you for sharing all of your talents 😊❤️

  70. Absolutely beautiful May! So bright & happy. My desk is probably 50% tidy. I try hard to clean up after each session so I can think more clearly when I start a new project.

  71. Love the gorgeous stamp sets that you designed, May! I especially love the Spring Daisies and your card is simply delightful!

  72. Congratulations on your beautiful designs, I like them very much. I love your water coloured card, so bright and cheerful! Your craft space at the end of your session is tidier than my normal chaos! I always end up working in about 50cm2 and can’t find anything at the end. Thanks for sharing your lovely work.

  73. Oh May your card is just beautiful….I’d LOVE to receive a card like that in the mail…..love this new release!!

  74. My craft space is in my dining room. We never use it for eating. It is always a huge mess. Love that daisy stamp!

  75. Congratulations, May, on two new stamp sets! They are absolutely amongst my favorites from this release!! Thanks also for showing your crafting mess and reminding me how much effort you go through for one card! A lot of the time, I just see all those perfect cards and think they are all made in two hours tops.

  76. Your Stamps and your creations are amazing. Well, my workplace…I don’t think you want to know how it looks like. Creative Chaos!!!!
    Hugs, Nadja

  77. Beautiful cards and fabulous stamp designs!!! Am a messy crafter and it always look like tornado hit zone 🙂

  78. My work space has a large deer head MDF image partially painted, drying and waiting for the balance of inspiration needed to complete it! A couple of stamps sitting around, some Acrylic paints. brushes, the usual.
I also have just received a new Altenew stamp..Peony Bouquet I am going to practice layering. Can’ t wait.
I just love the Altenew line of flowers.

  79. Love your card May, it’s a great video to. I love seeing what you creat. I didn’t know you designed these sets. I’m dying for the Lotus one. Thanks for your giveaway in the hop, and also your great tutorials.

  80. This cards is gorgeous! I love how you hold embossed it and the watercolors make the flowers pop! Thanks for sharing!

  81. My life, and my craft table, have been in turmoil lately, May … I have been a very bad bloggy friend – but I adore this gorgeous card – and that half-tone smile stamp/die. You should know that the smiles you give me are NEVER half-tone! xx
    =]

  82. I love watching you paint. Your stamp designs are great and your cards are so colorful and pretty. Thank you for sharing your art with us.

  83. Thank you so much May for your beautiful stamp designs. Your card is lovely and I can’t wait to see what you create with your lotus stamp set.

  84. Beautiful designs per usual and thank you for sharing such a personal part of your creative process it is very inspirational to me because I often find myself surrounded by mess and no design for 2 or 3 days sometimes I think I am the only one who goes through this and often feel like I want to give up what I love doing but thanks to you and Yana I now know that I am only human and even some of the greatest designers like you and Yana and others run into a web of mess sometimes, Thank you May.

  85. Omgosh it is a mess at the moment as I try to create my first mini album in time for Father’s day for my son.

  86. 🙂 Thank you May for sharing the entire process! Loved your designs and the watercoloring was perfect! And yes, you are NOT the only one with a messy crafty table, when I start, it almost looks like a hurricane has hit my table 😛

  87. I love your floral stamp sets! My craft space shrinks and shrinks as I work filling up with things I’m using as I want to keep them handy of course! That half tone Smile stamp is lovely.

  88. I am embarrassed to say that my craft room is trashed and now the kitchen has stamps, tools, paper and inks on EVERY surface. That seems to be how I create…in the midst of a mess…or organized chaos. PS-Your cards are always beautiful!

  89. Looks like we all love Altenew . I really like your watercolor flowers and cards. I will be watching the u tube channel for your videos, thanks it really helps and gives inspiration.

  90. Your are is beautiful! The coloring video is always a help! As to messy desk, you don’t want to come to my house, it is more than messy, it’s a disaster!!!!!!!

  91. May, my Hubby says our kitchen table has turned into scrap-booking table! The bad thing is I have a scrap-booking table! Thank You for the video! I learned a lot watching you watercolor the flowers. And I loved the card.

  92. Love the card!!!!
Sometimes I have a mess, if I’m working on the dinning room table because now I’m working on organising a craftroom, until I have it done is going to still being a mess.

  93. Love your card! The two stamp sets you used are my absolute favorites of the whole release.

  94. May you’ve done it again and designed the most beautiful sets. I just love how people can be inspired by nature and I bet your brothers photos are stunning. Love both of your cards, especially the gold with water colour. And my craft desk is actually quite tidy at the moment but I hope to mess it up shortly!!!

  95. Such a beautiful card! I love the watercolors! I haven’t used them yet. A little nervous.

  96. I could match you, mess for mess! I don’t clean up until I’m finished either. My problem now is which set to get first..

  97. Right now my craft desk has a pile of ready to make cards to the left and a couple of Retirement cards I’m working on right now.

  98. I have a conference table that is 7 feet by almost 4 feet. I don’t know how one person working can mess up my whole table. Someone told me that keeping your table clean interferes with the create process. So, I’m going with that.

  99. This is a beautiful colorful card. I love watercolor and this card is such fun! You should be congratulated for such beautiful designs and your brother is a great photographer. Tell him to keep on taking pictures!

  100. Simple gorgeous card and stamp set. I love it. And I haven’t created in a few months but my desk is a mess.

  101. What gorgeous stamp sets, May! You are so talented! I love watching you watercolor, too. More, please! And as for my craft table–it’s a mess, thank you! 🙂

  102. Lovely card! I’m the same, I don’t clean up until after I finish making a card. My desk is pretty small right now and all my inks and papers are in drawers beneath the desk. I just recently got into card making so I don’t have as much stuff as you, but I’m having lots of fun!

  103. WOW! That Spring Daisy card is beautiful! I don’t know if I should stamp and color or garden, you’ve got me all confused…lol Beautiful creation!

  104. Your card is so pretty. I love the way you water colored the images. I too have a messy work space. I am not sure how anyone can create without leaving a mess behind. Thanks for sharing

  105. I’m lucky to have a dedicated craft space so I only have to clean up when I want to! It’s actually usually pretty clean, but I like to leave out photos and projects for inspiration. I can’t wait to see the lotus set in action, it’s my favorite so far.

  106. beautiful card! I always have to clean up when Im done since I make my cards in the kitchen.

  107. Oh May I just love the daisy stamp set and to see it in watercolors by you makes it even more special. Thanks much!

  108. Congrats on the release of your designs! Beautiful flowers, and your cards show them off so well. Thanks for the tutorial video, too!

  109. Wonderfull card, like the colours you have used very much.
Thank you for your how-to-do-it explination on how you made your card.

  110. Your stamps sets are fabulous – such gorgeous design. Beautiful card. Thank you for the peek into your process of card making and your craft space. My desk is a disaster I have only just enough space to layout my card. I so often muck up something I’m working on my smearing it before it dries. I really need to clean up.

  111. My desk space looks like yours! I’m in the middle of designing a card to make a ton of with our new address since we’ve moved. I’ve all kinds of possibilities out right now so everything is at my fingertips.

  112. Beautiful, beautiful cards – love the Spring Daisy card – incredible!!! My craft space is actually quite clean at the moment but that is only because I spent a lot of the past week cleaning up and putting things away!!

  113. Gorgeous stamp sets – I have been looking for some lotus stamps and this couldn’t make me any happier! Thanks for the inspiration! Love the behind-the-scene too!

  114. Your card and stamp sets you designed are gorgeous. The Spring Daisy set is my favorite from the entire release and I love the lotus flowers as well. I am looking forward to more stamp sets designed by you!

  115. CONGRATULATIONS May, your stamps are BEAUTIFUL, your card is too!!!
LOVE your inky flowers and really appreciate your tutorial, I have SO MUCH to learn about watercolours!!!
THANK YOU for sharing your INKY AWESOMENESS and CREATIVE INSPIRATION 🙂
PS – my crafty space is our dining table, so at the moment it is looking clean & tidy … a few hours ago was a completely different story, it was smothered with cardstock, inks, glues, glitter, dies, punches and more!!! It was great to see your space and WONDERFUL to hear you mention your husband. I think mine is tuned the same as yours when it comes to crafty feedback 🙂

  116. I love your card. The video was great. And as for my craft space–I’m in the process of rearranging and sorting my craft supplies, and my craft table is too full to work on, so I’m using half of the dining room table right now, and it’s pretty messy when I’m making cards (the whole table). When it is time to eat, I layer the supplies on other supplies on half of the table, so there is room for the food!

  117. Lovely colors and so beautiful cards. And my craft room at the moment is tidy. YEEEE. Not super tidy, but better then most of the days. 🙂

  118. What a gorgeous card May ! For the moment my craft space is abnormally tidy (we had some friends at home this WE 😉 ), but in general when I start a new project it becomes very quickly a real mess !

  119. Gorgeous blooms I love the colors. I especially love the gold embossing on this card so so pretty.

  120. Beautiful!!. Absolutely beautiful!!. Love the bright colors used for flowers!!!. Nice and bright and spring like!! Made me smile

  121. Fabulous, loved the video May and I’m happy to say that my desk looks like that all the time when I’m creating too. Just wish my finished projects looked as good as yours.

  122. I really enjoyed watching your video and love your pretty watercoloured card! I can’t wait to get the daisy stamp set now!

  123. Beautiful card! I love both of the sets that you designed. Lotus is my favorite set in this release. 🙂

  124. luv your two designs for the new release and your cards are awesome! my crafting desk is crowded with all different crafting tools, paper, and snacks!

  125. Always love your posts as they have videos! Such a talented designer ! My craft area is an absolute shambles with stuff everywhere . . . Definitely not a tidy crafter! 😝

  126. Congratulations on the stamp sets you designed !
I especially like the Daisy-set. My grandmother’s name was “Margriet” = Dutch for Daisy. She was a great woman, and that stamp-set would be great to make cards to honour and remember her.
My desk : filled with some stamps, paper, craft-stuff, …; and some ink and pens for the calligraphy-course I follow.
Your card is great ! Thank you for sharing your talent and making the clear video !
And thank you for the great give-away; good luck to all of us !

  127. Kudos to you May for gorgeous designs. I’m especially impressed with the daisy set. It’s not a flower I would have thought I’d like, but I love the designs I’ve seen it used in, enough to put it on my wishlist. My desk is currently insane. There’s just no other way to put it. Soooooo muuuuuch stuuuuuuuff on it!!!!

  128. May, as I said on your YouTube channel, I don’t have a craft room. I don’t even have a craft desk. I use a fold out table for all my crafting. Sometimes I use the floor for using the paper trimmer or big shot. Hahaha! So I have to clean my area just enough to at least make a way for my family to get to their beds. Hahaha!

  129. The stamp sets you have designed are gorgeous! And the daisy card is stunning. Looking forward to seeing your take on the Lotus stamp set in the near future. Thanks for the great video tut; I picked up loads of tips. As for my craft desk – it is a huge mess right now! I just finished a month of summer workshops for kids and haven’t had the time to put away stuff! I am a messy crafter any ways. But I try and clean up every day since my mess drives my husband up the wall! BTW, love the cubby holes behind your desk. Must ask my husband if I can have something similar!

  130. May, your daisy card would put a smile on anyone’s face. It’s very striking with the gold and bright colors. Fun seeing your desk after creating because I thought I was the only one who had all kinds of supplies out to create just one ard. Your lotus stamp set also looks like a great one, May!

  131. Lovely card May ! the colors you choose and the design for your card is so wonderful ! Love it!

  132. The Spring Daisy set is gorgeous… my favorite in the new release. Love your water colored card with this set; I can’t wait to give it a go. Will have to clean up my perpetually messy crafting area… I have so many bits and pieces laying around, waiting to be incorporated into final projects. Just never enough time…..
Thanks for your new designs and card ideas!

  133. Your desk is much more organized than mine. Yours gave me an idea for mine. I don’t have that great storage that you do with your shelves and cubby holes. Sometimes my desk gets so messy when I’m making something that I have to stop and clean up a bit. Plus I have to keep a space open for my kitty cat, Moe. He loves to watch me while I work and he has to have his own bowl of water on the desk so he won’t drink my water for my paint brushes. Your card is beautiful. I love the new stamps.

  134. Gorgeous cards!! My desk is in a state of semi-chaos: there’s an area clear in the middle for crafting, and along the edges are supplies and project idea piles. I need more space to craft and to get more organized, but for now this works! :o)

  135. Hi May! I love, love, love your new sets! They are fabulous! I will definitely have to get them! Your new card is amazing! I love all the brught colours.

To answer your question: my desk is looking rather organised at the moment. I have been sorting all my cards into themes as I am going to a market to sell them soon :). By sorting them I am realising that I am lacking in some categories…. any excuse to create more hehe!
