Happy Halloween! Popping in to share a card that I made for Papertrey Ink Make It Monday #138. This week Betsy showed us how to inlay the die cuts back into the card base. It was a great way to add style as well as give some dimension in the even.

So I pulled out my dies and created my own inlaid die-cuts card. FYI, I combined a couple of challenges for my card: a sketch from CAS on Sunday #20 and a cue word, black, from CASology Week 68.

I was also inspired by a shied from Captain America movie poster and color combo from olympic logo.

Here is a closer look at the focal point of my card. I created circle die-cuts using My Favorite Things’ Circle Die-namics and Perfect Match Cardstock Sampler by Papertrey Ink. The sentiment from Mama Elephant Good Times set was heat embossed using white embossing power as well as the little star from Hero Arts Year Round Sentiments.

FYI, these are the supplies I used: the heat tool and Cuttlebug were not pictured. That’s all I have for today. Thank you so much for stopping by. Hope you have a safe and fantastic day!
